14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with a purchased pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase - no questions asked. Access to the pack's paid decks is removed when the refund is issued.
How to request a refund
- Email admin.59seconds@gmail.com with the email address you purchased with and the pack you would like refunded; or
- Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/contact.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, so approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Fair use
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse - for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same content. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that apply in your country.
